Chicken with bone-1/2 kg
Ginger-Garlic paste-2 Tbsp
Hung Curd-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Tandoori Masala-(Everest store bought)-1tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Preparations & METHOD:
1.Wash chicken pieces and tap dry with kitchen towel. Make deep gashes with knife.
2.Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp oil,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 lemon,1 tsp salt rub all over the pieces and through the gashes. Set aside.
3.Take a bowl add hung curd,remaining ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder, lemon,salt ,tandoori masala,lemon and 2 tsp oil mix well.
4.Apply this mixture to the above marinated chicken with hands. Marinate this at least for 2 hours.
5.Heat oil and butter in wide pan fry the chicken pieces till golden brown by flipping in mean while.
6.Heat coal on stove take it in a small bowl and place it on fried chicken pieces and add 1 tsp butter over the hot coal and clost the lid immediately .Rest it for 15 minutes ..Your smoky tandoori chicken kebab is ready..Enjoy!!
