Vegetables are incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium than bananas, are loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids and fiber.

This is my favorite ways to eat Vegetables. Enjoy!

Frying onions

Take a pressure cooker add 4Tbsp  oil,bayleaf,cinnamon,cardamom,clove and onions, fry till onion turns translucent

Ginger Garlic Paste

Add Ginger Garlic Paste, fry for 1minute

Tomatoes

Add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes get mushy

Adding Veggies

Add Potatoes,Cauliflower,Capsicum,Carrots,Green peas mix well and fry for 2mins

Adding spices

Add Red chilly powder,Turmeric,Coriander powder,Cumin powder,Garam masala mix well and 1/2 cup curd fry well

Adding Rice

Add 2cups of washedand soaked basmati rice, fry for 2mins

Adding Water

Add 3.5 cups of water,mint leaves,coriander leaves and salt, pressure cook for 2 whistles..

Serve Hot and Enjoy with onion raita
