Step1

Soak 1/2cup Basmati Rice, 10cashews,10Almonds, 10 Pistachios seperately

Boil 1liter milk

Make a fine paste of soaked Basmati Rice,cashews,Almonds, Pistachios

Add grinded paste to boiling milk, mix well to avoid any lumps. Cook for 10mins

Add 2cups of sugar, mix well

Add 4Tbsp of condensed milk, mix well

Step7

Add 1tsp of vanilla essence

Finally add cardamom powder, simmer for 2 mins. Garnish with chopped Nuts

Serve Chilled & Enjoy
