Want to try this Tasty Malabar Spinach Fry Swipe Up

Heat a wok add oil, 2 chopped onions, 2 chopped Green chillies, 1Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, saute for a while

Add washed and  chopped Malabar spinach and fry for 3minutes

Add 1/4 cup soaked Bengal Gram (chana dal)

Mix well and add 1tsp turmeric, salt and cook for 5 minutes or until dal is 70% done

Add 2 chopped tomatoes, mix well and close the lid and cook till dal is done 100%

Open lid, and add 2tsp red chilli powder and 1Tbsp desiccated coconut , mix well and simmer for 1 minute

Finally sprinkle 1tsp garam masala.. Serve hot with paratha or phulka and Enjoy!!!
