Let's Start Making Mutton Shami Kabab

Minced Mutton-1/2kg Soaked Chana daal-3/4 cup Onion-1 chopped Ginger Garlic Paste-2Tbsp Coriander Leaves-1/2 bunch

Salt2tsp Garam Masala-1tsp Coriander Powder-1tsp Cumin Powder-1tsp Red chilli powder-1tsp Green Chillies-2 chopped

Pressure cook for 5 whistles cool completely

Grind the mixture

Make into patties Dip in beaten Egg

Shallow fry on both sides

Serve hot as a side dish or as snack.
