Let's Start Making Quick Soji Laddu

Heat 1/2cup Ghee Roast Cashews,Almonds,Raisins

In the same ghee roast 2cups of soji for 2mins

Add 1cup of Dessicated coconut powder roast till nice aroma

Add 2cups of sugar mix well & switch off the flame

Add 1/2 cup milk  gradually while mixing

Add Fried nuts & 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Take out in a wide plate, while semi hot make into round laddus

Cool them and store in a glass jar
