Add to a bowl Chicken,Salt,Ginger-Garlic paste,Curd,
White Pepper Powder
Mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes
Take small grinder add Black Pepper corns,
Green cardamom, Maze,Coriander seeds and little salt
Make into fine Powder, set aside
Soak Cashews and Poppy seeds and make into fine paste
Heat 4Tbsp of oil and 2Tbsp of Ghee in a pot
Add 1"cinnamon,1Bayleaf,4 Dry red chillies Saute for a while
Add fine grounded paste of 3 Onions,salt and little oil
Fry till light golden brown color
Add 3Tbsp of curd and marinated chicken, mix well
Cook until chicken is 80% done
mix well and cook till chicken is 100% done
Add half of the dry spice powder which we made earlier
mix well and simmer for 2mins
Chicken Rezala is ready
Serve hot with paratha and Enjoy!!!
