For Bhuna Masala: Coriander seeds-2Tbsp Cumin seeds-2Tbsp Black Pepper corns-1Tbsp Dry red chillies-3-4 Cloves-6-7 Black cardamom-2 Bay leafs-2 Kasuri Methi-2tsps Dry roast and make it into a powder

Ingredients
MBhna Masala. BringDry roast the ingredients mentioned in bhuna masala, make it into a powder
Heat a Iron wok add butter and 1tbsp oil and add finely chopped 2 onions and make them golden brown. Add green chillies.
Add all dry powder masalas(Red chilly powder ,Turmeric ,Coriander powder, Prepared Bhuna Masala-2Tbsp). Fry till nice aroma. Add little water to avoid burning.
Add tomato puree and fry till oil separates.
Add cashew paste and mix well.
Add paneer cubes and mix well. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
Add some grated paneer and kasuri methi mix well. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!
