If you have ready made khubz or roti or even sumali you can make and store in refrigerator for months. Whenever you feel to have them just reheat in oven and you can have it in very cheap price while compared to outside. So, without any delay let’s start making Juicy and Tasty Homemade Shawarama.
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless-1/2 kg
Any kind of flat bread-10
Cucumber -1
Capsicum-1 medium size
Coriander leaves-1 small bunch
Mozzarella cheese- as needed
For White Sauce:
Cottage cheese or Paneer- 11/2 cup
Mayonnaise :5 Tbsp
Garlic cloves-6-7 finely chopped
Lemon Juice-4 Tbsp
Salt- 1tsp
Onion Powder or whole onion-1 Tbsp, 1 medium size
For Chicken Marination:
Paprika powder or Red chilli powder-1Tbsp
Salt-2tsp
Pepper powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
METHOD:
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned in “White Sauce” part. Set aside
. - Mix all the ingredients to chicken cubes and set aside for 15 mins
. Heat a wok and add oil little oil and sautee the marinated chicken for 10 minutes. - Assembling: Mix all the white sauce we made earlier and add finely chopped cucumber, capsicum, and coriander leaves.
and mozzarella cheese. - Take a flat bread of your choice and spread it nicely, and place the above mixture at one end and roll tightly. Repeat this process for all 10 rotis/khubz.

- Place in a preheated oven (250 degree for 10 minutes). Again bake it for another 5 minutes.

- Take it out and rest it for 2 minutes on a rack. Enjoy!!! with tomatco ketchup.

TIPS:
. Made and stored in refrigerator up to 1 month.
