Ingredients:
Any kind of Fish fillet-4
Oil-4 Tbsp
Semolina rawa-5 Tbsp
For Marination 1:
Rice flour -3Tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1Tbsp
Salt-a/c taste
Red chilli powder -1tsp
Coriander powder -½tsp
Cumin powder -½tsp
Garam masala -½tsp
Lemon juice-½lemon
For Marination 2:
Dark soy sauce -1 tsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tsp
Red chilli sauce -1 tsp
Cornflour -2 Tbsp
Red chilli flakes -1 tsp
Black pepper powder -1 tsp
Preparations:
. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and dry them completely, if necessary pat dry with clean kitchen towel.
. Mix all the ingredients of Marination 1 or Marination 2 with little water. 
. Apply nicely all over the fillets. Rest it for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
METHOD:
- Make a slurry with all purpose flour, chilli flakes, little salt and water set aside. OR make a slurry with one egg and little milk and salt.

- Spread the semolina on a wide plate set aside.

- Heat the oil in pan. Take out the marinated fish from the refrigerator,
- Gently dip the fillet on both sides in the slurry you like.

- Immediately place it on a semolina, spread semolina all over the fillet.

- Place it on a heated pan, do not turn, let it cook for 2 minutes on a medium to low flame.

- Turn on other side and cook for 2 minutes. Here your Tasty and Crispy Fish Fillet is ready . Enjoy!!! Serve with lemon wedges and dips you like.
