Ingredients:
Big Egg plant-1 medium size(250grams approx.) or Normal brinjals-4
Oil-4Tbsp
Roasted gram flour-2Tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder-1tsp
Amchur powder-1tsp
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-2tsp
Turmeric-1tsp
Salt-a/c taste
Preparations:
- Wash the eggplant with water 2-3 times. Wipe the water with clean kitchen towel. Cut into round pieces 1″ thickness.
- Soak it salt water for 10 minutes. Take it outside and place in colander. Make light gashes on brinjal pieces.
- Mean while take a bowl add except gram flour all the ingredients, mix with little water. Apply to the brinjal pieces and marinate for 15 minutes.
METHOD:
- In another mixing bowl add gram flour and make it thick paste with water.
- Dip the marinated brinjal pieces in to the paste.
- Heat oil in a pan shallow fry them till light golden brown, turning both sides.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!!

- Serves 3-4
- Goes as a side dish or as a snack.
