Spice Up Your Day with Irresistible Spicy Cheesy Maggie
Hi Everyone! Today’s recipe is Spicy Cheesy Maggie. This is a different recipe for Maggie lovers.
Maggi has also inspired countless recipes, from Maggi burgers and pizzas to more elaborate dishes like Maggi biryani and Maggi stir-fry. Its adaptability makes it a favorite among home cooks and chefs alike, offering a comforting, flavorful meal with minimal effort. I am sure you will fall in love with this quick spicy cheesy Maggie recipe once you make it. Though is a basic recipe, I have added some extra spices to make it more tasty. So, without any delay let’s start making Spicy Cheesy Maggie.
Ingredients:
Maggie- 2 (of 10 rupees)
Oil-2Tbsp
Onion- 2 small or 1 medium
Capsicum-1 medium
Boiled sweet corn-½ cup
Tomatoes-1 big
Salt-1tsp
Red chilly powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Oregano or mixed herbs-1tsp
Red chilly flakes-1tsp
Milk-½cup
Boiling water-2 cups
Cheese slices-2 or asper needed
Preparations:
- Chop onions, capsicum, tomatoes in to small cubes. Set aside.
- Keep boiling water on stove.
METHOD:
- Take a wok, heat oil, add onions, capsicum, stir fry for a minute.
- Add sweet corn mix for minute or so. Add tomatoes and cook till softens.
- Now add spices one-by-one. Salt, Red chilly powder, coriander powder, oregano mix well and fry for 1 minute.
- Simmer the flame or switch off the flame and add milk to avoid curdling. mix gently.
- Add boiled water and bring it to one boil. Now, add Maggie and taste makers, do not mix let the water evaporate.
- Mix gently and finally add cheese slices on top and close and simmer for 2 minutes till cheese melts.
- Switch off the flame and mix gently and serve hot and Enjoy!!! with ketchup.
Tips:
- Serves 2-3
- You can try this same recipe with Hakka noodles. I haven’t tried , but I am sure its tastes as good as Maggie.
- You can use variety of cheese like mozzarella, cheddar, or creamy cheese to enhance its taste.
