Basmati Rice-½cup


Almonds- 15



Sugar-2 cups

Condensed Milk-4Tbsp

Cardamom powder-1tsp

Vanilla Essence-1tsp


  • Soak Basmati Rice, 10cashews,10Almonds, 10 Pistachios separately for 30mins. Make it into fine paste, set aside.


  1. Boil 1liter milk.
  2. Add grinded paste to boiling milk, mix well to avoid any lumps. Cook for 10mins.
  3. Add sugar ,mix well.
  4. Add  condensed milk, mix well.
  5. Add 1tsp of vanilla essence.
  6. Finally add cardamom powder, simmer for 2 mins.
  7. Garnish with remaining chopped nuts.



  • Serves 5-6.
  • Tastes best when served chilled.
  • You can also use normal rice instead of basmati rice.
