Ingredients:
Basmati Rice-½cup
Cashews-15
Almonds- 15
Pistachios-15
Milk-1litre
Sugar-2 cups
Condensed Milk-4Tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Vanilla Essence-1tsp
Preparations:
- Soak Basmati Rice, 10cashews,10Almonds, 10 Pistachios separately for 30mins. Make it into fine paste, set aside.
METHOD:
- Boil 1liter milk.
- Add grinded paste to boiling milk, mix well to avoid any lumps. Cook for 10mins.
- Add sugar ,mix well.
- Add condensed milk, mix well.
- Add 1tsp of vanilla essence.
- Finally add cardamom powder, simmer for 2 mins.
- Garnish with remaining chopped nuts.
Tips:
- Serves 5-6.
- Tastes best when served chilled.
- You can also use normal rice instead of basmati rice.
